Destinations and cost

Shipping to the United States and Canada is free. Contact info@heatingpad.store if you need to check a particular address before ordering.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–5 business days in transit. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, remote destinations or customs may affect delivery.

Tracking and address changes

Where tracking is available, shipping information is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Contact us promptly with your order number if an address needs correction or a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete.
